회원은 이메일 로그인 등을 통해 계정을 만들고 서비스를 이용합니다. 회원은 계정 정보를 스스로 관리할 책임이 있으며, 타인에게 양도·대여할 수 없습니다.
회원이 입력한 글·사진 등 원본 콘텐츠의 권리는 회원에게 있습니다. 서비스는 결과물 생성을 위해 필요한 범위에서 해당 콘텐츠를 처리합니다. 생성된 결과물의 사용·게시 책임은 회원에게 있으며, 회원은 자신이 권리를 가진 콘텐츠만 입력해야 합니다.
결과물은 인공지능이 자동 생성한 것으로, 부정확하거나 사실과 다른 내용이 포함될 수 있습니다. 회원은 게시 전 내용을 직접 검토·수정할 책임이 있습니다. 서비스는 결과물의 정확성·적법성·특정 목적 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다.
운영자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 서비스 이용 또는 결과물 사용으로 발생한 간접·부수·특별·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 서비스는 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공됩니다.
운영자는 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경·중단할 수 있으며, 중대한 변경 시 합리적인 방법으로 고지합니다.
