환불정책

1. 결제·환불 처리 주체

모든 결제와 환불은 등록판매자(Merchant of Record)인 Polar를 통해 처리됩니다. 환불 시 Polar의 정책과 절차가 함께 적용됩니다.

2. 무료 플랜

무료 플랜(매월 3편)은 결제가 없으므로 환불 대상이 아닙니다. 유료 결제 전에 무료 플랜으로 서비스를 충분히 체험하실 수 있습니다.

3. 유료(Pro) 구독 환불 기준

• 결제 후 [7]일 이내이고 해당 결제 주기에 생성한 글이 [3]편 이하인 경우, 요청 시 전액 환불해 드립니다.
• 위 기준을 초과해 이용한 경우(디지털 서비스를 상당 부분 사용한 경우)에는 원칙적으로 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 서비스의 중대한 오류로 정상 이용이 불가능했던 경우에는 이용 정도와 무관하게 환불을 검토합니다.
• 6개월·12개월 약정의 중도 해지 시, 남은 기간에 대한 부분 환불 여부는 위 기준과 Polar 정책에 따릅니다.

※ 위 [7]일·[3]편 등 숫자는 운영자가 최종 확정하여 채워 넣는 값입니다. (전자상거래 관련 법령상 소비자 청약철회권이 있는 경우 그 권리가 우선합니다.)

4. 구독 취소

구독은 언제든 취소할 수 있으며, 취소 시 다음 결제일부터 갱신이 중단됩니다. 취소 후에도 이미 결제한 기간 동안은 Pro 혜택이 유지됩니다.

5. 환불 요청 방법

[이메일]로 가입 이메일과 결제 내역(주문번호 등)을 함께 보내주시면, 확인 후 처리해 드립니다. 환불은 원 결제수단으로 이루어집니다.

Refund Policy

1. Who Processes Payments & Refunds

All payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Polar. Refunds are also subject to Polar's policies and procedures.

2. Free Plan

The free plan (3 posts/month) involves no payment and is not subject to refunds. You can try the Service on the free plan before paying.

3. Pro Subscription Refunds

• If requested within [7] days of payment and you have generated [3] or fewer posts in that billing period, we will issue a full refund.
• Beyond that (substantial use of the digital service), refunds may be limited.
• If a significant defect prevented normal use, we will consider a refund regardless of usage.
• For 6‑ or 12‑month terms cancelled early, partial refunds (if any) follow the criteria above and Polar's policy.

Note: the [7] days / [3] posts figures are to be finalized by the Operator. Where consumer withdrawal rights apply under applicable e‑commerce law, those rights prevail.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime; renewal stops from the next billing date. You keep Pro benefits for the period already paid.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email [email] with your account email and order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
